Hi, I’m Nicole — a nervous system educator, Qigong and yoga teacher, retreat leader, and lifelong student of embodied healing.

For over 30 years, movement has been my language — first through yoga, meditation, and travel, and later through Qigong, breathwork, restorative practices, and nervous system education. I teach in hospital settings, community programs, workshops, private sessions, and lead multiple local and international retreats each year. Whether I’m working with healthcare professionals, retreat participants, or individuals seeking greater balance and resilience, my goal is always the same: to make healing feel accessible, practical, and sustainable in everyday life.

My own experience with chronic Lyme disease changed the trajectory of my life and deepened my understanding of what it means to truly heal. During that time, I explored countless healing paths — from plant medicine, cold therapy, acupuncture, saunas, and craniosacral work to endless supplements and protocols. Many supported me along the way, but the real turning point came when I began learning how to feel safe in my body again.

That experience reshaped how I teach and how I live.

My work now centers around the Power Restore Method® — a simple, embodied framework for recognizing nervous system patterns, restoring balance, building resilience, and returning again and again to what supports healing.

Through education, movement, breath, awareness, and seasonal practices rooted in both science and ancient wisdom, I help people reconnect with their body’s innate capacity to heal and restore trust in themselves.

Whether I’m teaching in a hospital, leading a retreat, guiding a class, or sitting with someone one-on-one, my approach is always the same: to meet you exactly where you are and help you remember that your body is on your side.
